Want Recon? You’ll need a Bungie.net Account with a linked gamertag and all 7 Halo 3: ODST and Halo 3 Vidmaster achievements. After you’ve earned them all, navigate to your Bungie.net service record and click the "get recon" button!
Bungie Pro is a service that enhances your Bungie gaming experience. Using Bungie Pro with a Bungie.net account will allow you to render Halo 3 films and make them viewable on a computer and sharable with your friends and the masses.
